How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped out within 24 business hours of purchase. We are not responsible for lost/unclaimed packages.
Is a signature required to receive my order?
Yes. For the safety and security of our customers, as well as ourselves, all packages require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information is provided at the time of shipping. It is recommended that you are available when your package arrives.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept your return within 14 days of purchase if item was received damaged in any way. You are responsible for return shipping. The item(s) must be in its original packaging, with tags in order for a return to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse any return package that does not meet our company requirements which includes (but is not limited to) any signs of wear and/or the smell of fragrance or smoke.
